Polyphenon Pharma is a privately held subsidiary of the Japanese company, Mitsui Norin Co., Ltd., which discovered and manufactures the proprietary compound Polyphenon E®. Its mission is to focus on the clinical development of Polyphenon E, and its constituent catechins, across the broad spectrum of therapeutic areas in which it has potential activity, including infectious disease/virology, urology, neurology, and oncology.
